Minimum Requirements
Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Georgia license required. Compact license accepted.
Previous home health experience required.
Experience with HCHB required.
Minimum productivity of 30 units required.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
No on-call requirement.
