Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Oklahoma state Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings preferred.
- Experience with restorative nursing programs, mobility training, fall prevention, and transfers preferred.
- Proficiency with documentation in electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
