Shift Details:

  • Estimated Start Date: September
  • Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p: 3 days a week, the provider can pick which days of the week they want to work (M-F)
  • Number of Shifts Needed per Month: TBD
  • Cases: Bread and butter IR
  • Certifications Needed: BLS
  • Patient Population/Case Load: 15-20 PPD

Licensing & Privileging:

  • License: TX license preferred, Client will license
  • Estimated Privileging Timeline: 30-60 Days
