Seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations for a residential community (100–300 units) or multi-site portfolio in Los Angeles. The candidate will manage property operations, resident relations, and financial reporting for conventional and Section 8 housing properties.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations for residential properties (100–300 units or multi-site portfolio).

Oversee rent collection, leasing, tenant screening, lease execution, and renewals.

Administer conventional and Section 8 program compliance, documentation, and reporting.

Utilize property management software to manage resident portals, accounting, and work orders.

Supervise onsite staff, vendor contracts, and routine/emergency maintenance requests.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on property management experience.

Proven track record managing communities of 100–300 units or multi-site portfolios.

Expertise in both Conventional and Section 8 residential properties.

Proficiency in Yardi (RentCafe) and/or AppFolio software.

Strong knowledge of Los Angeles residential real estate laws and Fair Housing guidelines.

Excellent communication, financial tracking, and organization skills.
