Your New Role

• Work as a Plumbing Mechanic serving residential customers throughout Putnam and Westchester Counties, New York.

• Perform residential plumbing maintenance, repairs, replacements, and installations.

• Troubleshoot plumbing problems, identify the right solution, complete repairs, and make appropriate recommendations to customers.

• Install and service boilers, water heaters, water filtration systems, and other residential plumbing equipment.

• Perform water treatment and drain clearing work as needed.

• Deliver professional customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners throughout each service call.

• Maintain the inventory, equipment, tools, and overall condition of your company vehicle.

• Complete invoices, service documentation, and required paperwork accurately and on time.

• Communicate effectively with office staff and management to keep jobs moving efficiently.

• Maintain MCK Plumbing's standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• At least 5 years of plumbing experience, including residential plumbing repair and replacement

• Strong residential plumbing troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and installation skills

• Boiler knowledge and installation experience required

• Experience with water treatment systems and drain clearing

• Valid driver's license

• Authorization to work in the United States

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and uphold company standards and values

• Ability to complete service paperwork and invoicing accurately and on time
