CDL A Driver | $1200 - $1500 Weekly Pay | Columbia, PA

TransForce is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Columbia, PA. This is a temp to hire position.

CDL A Driver Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 430 am - 530 am start time.

• Pay: $1200 - $1500 weekly average

• Route Type: Local

• Freight / Load Type: Cardboard

• Equipment: Automatic trucks
• Handling: Touch Freight - unload with pallet jack. trailers with liftgates

CDL A Driver Minimum Requirements:

• License: CDL A

• Experience: 1 year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements

CDL B Driver Responsibilities:

• Safely operate class A vehicles on local routes

• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards

• Perform required handling tasks including unloading with palletjack.

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
