Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Navigator (RN)

Mercy is seeking a Nurse Navigator for CV Surgery at Mercy South to coordinate cardiovascular surgical patients through the entire care journey. In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact, providing comprehensive pre- and post-operative education, conducting assessments, and ensuring timely scheduling, testing, and follow-up. You will collaborate closely with surgeons, cardiologists, and interdisciplinary teams to streamline transitions of care, reduce readmissions, and support quality outcomes.
