Pharmacist Clinical

SSM Health seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to provide patient-centered medication management within our integrated Catholic, not-for-profit health system. In this role, you will review and verify medication orders, perform clinical pharmacokinetic dosing, monitor for drug interactions and adverse effects, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize therapy. You will educate patients and staff, support formulary and stewardship initiatives, and uphold SSM Health’s mission of compassionate, high-quality care while growing professionally in a supportive environment.
