RN, Outpatient

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an RN, Outpatient to deliver patient-centered care in our ambulatory clinics. In this role, you will perform assessments, administer medications, coordinate treatments, and provide patient and family education. You will collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, support chronic disease management, and promote preventive health. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
