Minimum Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Bachelor's acceptable if combined with required experience.
- Active WV Physical Therapist license or compact license valid for practice in West Virginia prior to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience creating plans of care, performing patient evaluations, and delivering treatment in home health settings preferred.
- Assessment skills preferred.
- Ability to travel within assigned coverage areas, including Mason and Jackson counties in West Virginia.
