Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence in self‑care, mobility, and daily living skills. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to a nurturing, high‑quality, and growth‑oriented work environment.
