Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient, Telehealth Type of cases and required procedures: General urologic oncology cases and procedures Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days. Clean history can qualify for expedited privileges Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
