- Job Class: Locum Tenens
- Provider Type: Advanced Practice
- Provider Credentials: PA
- Board Status: BC or Truly BE
Shift Details:
- Estimated Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Schedule Details: 7am-3:30pm with 30 min lunch included. 5 days per week, 8 hour shifts
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: TBD
- Call Requirements: No call; possible weekend rounding 1 weekend per month
- Cases: OR coverage: endoscopic vein harvest, first assisting
- Certifications Needed: BLS, ACLS
Licensing & Privileging:
- License: PA license and DEA strongly preferred; IMLC accepted
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90-120 Days
