Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Extensive hand therapy experience required
• New grads not accepted

Assignment Details

• 9-week assignment
• 36 hours expected, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours
• Patient population includes outpatient ortho
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
• Expected patient volume is 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Overtime must be approved by director before any overtime hours are worked
