Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: St Paul, MN

Pay Range: $33 -$36/hr + $1 night differential

Schedule: 6pm - 6am, rotating 2-2-3

What’s the Job?

  • Perform maintenance and/or repairs on production, processing, and packaging equipment
  • Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
  • Ensure all repairs are documented. Document all required information in accordance with standard operations procedures
  • Assist operators with training or troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime
  • Support the installation of new equipment

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 4 years of maintenance, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, computer-controlled equipment, PLC or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience on a variety of equipment including lubricating, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay control, process control and packaging equipment
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Able to inspect equipment, recognize potential problems, and take appropriate corrective action to prevent component failures or equipment down time
