Minimum Requirements:
- Must have State License to Apply
- 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
- Must be licensed in the state of GA
- Must be licensed in the state of TN or have a willingness to obtain
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D), or R.Ph. with appropriate clinical experience
- Applicable active state licensure
- Post graduate training
- Minimum 7 years Pharmacist experience
Assignment Details:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6pm
- Administrative on-call
