Full job description
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Alabama PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start. Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred. This is preferred, not required. Productivity expectation: ability to meet approximately 60 visits per week and see 12–14 patients per day. This is a client expectation. Experience with double-booking follow-up visits preferred. Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a 36-hour guarantee. Overtime must be approved by the clinic director before being worked. PTs only. PTA candidates will not be accepted. First-time travelers and new graduates are acceptable.
Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient clinic. Shift: Days. Schedule expectation: 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week. Patient population: Outpatient orthopedics. Productivity expectation: approximately 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day with follow-up double-booking. Overtime requires prior approval from the clinic director. Floating to other clinics is not required.
