Full job description

Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Springfield, IL. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in home health settings regain or improve daily skills after injury, illness, or disability. This role offers the opportunity to deliver patient-centered care using clinical judgment in home environments while experiencing a new community.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience with Home Care Home Base EMR preferred.
  • Productivity expectation: 30 visits per week for registered therapists.
  • Orientation: 5 days.
  • Experience: Home health experience preferred; candidates new to the setting will be considered.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous home health clinical experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with home health documentation and billing practices preferred.


Assignment Details

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday.
  • EMR: Home Care Home Base.
  • Orientation period: 5 days.
  • Productivity target: 30 visits per week for registered therapists.
