Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital seeks an RN Clinical Unit Supervisor for the Emergency Department, full-time nights. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee ED nursing operations, coordinate patient flow, and ensure safe, high-quality, culturally responsive care for a diverse, underserved South Los Angeles community. You will lead and mentor bedside nurses, support triage and high-acuity care, uphold regulatory and safety standards, and drive performance and quality improvement.
