A community-based hospital in South-Central Michigan is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist to join its growing practice. This is a unique opportunity offering exceptional autonomy, a strong referral base, and the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Opportunity Highlights
- Hospital-employed Urology position
- Up to $850,000 guaranteed salary , plus sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits package
- Flexibility to design your ideal schedule
- No call responsibilities
- 2 full days of monthly OR block time, including access to flip rooms to maximize surgical efficiency
- Established referral network with strong market demand and a built-in patient base
