Press Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Operator to join their team. As a Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Operator

Location: Rochester, NY

Pay Range: $66,000 - $76,000

Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on products
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors

What's Needed?

• 1-3 years experience running a Web Press printing machine
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a physically active environment
