Full job description

We're looking for a dependable Equipment Wash Technician to help keep our fleet, equipment, and concrete construction assets clean, maintained, and ready for production. This role is responsible for operating pressure washing equipment and cleaning heavy machinery, trucks, tools, and concrete-related equipment used on construction projects.

What You'll Do

  • Operate commercial power washing equipment and cleaning tools.
  • Wash concrete trucks, paving equipment, heavy machinery, tools, and fleet vehicles.
  • Remove concrete buildup, dirt, mud, grease, and other debris from equipment.
  • Clean and maintain wash bays, work areas, and designated cleaning stations.
  • Inspect equipment during cleaning and report maintenance concerns.
  • Assist with general yard, shop, and equipment support duties as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company policies.
  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in construction, equipment maintenance, power washing, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to safely operate pressure washing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining equipment appearance.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
