What You'll Be Doing

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles

• Diagnose drivability, electrical, engine performance, and complex vehicle system concerns

• Conduct root-cause analysis and develop effective repair strategies

• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) accurately and efficiently

• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians on complex repairs

• Mentor and support less experienced technicians when appropriate

• Maintain efficient workflow and productivity standards

• Deliver high-quality repairs with minimal comebacks

• Contribute to a positive, professional shop environment

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of recent automotive repair experience

Strong B-Level Technician ready to grow or experienced A-Level Technician

Proven diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience working in a professional automotive repair environment

Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures

ASE Certifications preferred

ASE Master Certification a plus

Smog License is a plus

Strong work ethic and production mindset

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Positive attitude and team-first mentality

Clean driving record
