Encompass Health seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation for patients recovering from major illness or injury. In this patient-centered, team-oriented role, you will evaluate functional deficits, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, and educate patients and families to support safe discharge. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists, document in the EMR, and track outcomes.
