Construction Superintendent, Multifamily


Location: NJ/NY Metro | Compensation: $125,000 to $150,000 base, DOE


A growing real estate development and construction company is looking for an experienced, career minded Construction Superintendent to run large multifamily and mixed use projects from the ground up. This is a hands on field role for someone who wants to stay in the field, not transition into a Project Manager or office based position.

What you will do:


  • Run the jobsite from mobilization through structure, MEP, finishes, CO, and turnover
  • Manage subcontractors, schedule, quality, and safety on site every day
  • Use Procore to keep daily logs, photos, RFIs, and documentation current
  • Lead inspections and the certificate of occupancy process through to turnover

What you bring:

  • Multiple completed 100 plus unit multifamily or mixed use buildings
  • Wood framing experience up to 5 or 6 stories, plus concrete podium or structured deck experience
  • Strong Procore skills and comfort managing the site with lean support
  • Spanish speaking ability, in addition to English
  • Willingness to work six days a week onsite
