Urology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 9 Pay Rate: $ - $
This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- Setting: Inpatient call coverage only.
- Required Procedures: Required Procedures: Cystoscopy, biopsies
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days after receiving completed application with clean file.
- Types of Cases: Urologist duties, consults, surgery if needed, follow up in practice if needed.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
- Certifications Required: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Urology, Basic Life Support
- Licensure Required: Arizona license
