Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide expert diagnostic ultrasound care and frontline leadership across our Georgia facilities. In this role, you will perform and oversee a wide range of vascular, abdominal, OB/GYN, and small-parts exams, ensuring image quality, patient safety, and adherence to protocols. You will coordinate daily workflow, mentor technologists and students, and collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams. The position supports quality improvement, equipment optimization, and staff education within a compassionate, patient-centered environment.
