Encompass Health seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to deliver compassionate, evidence-based rehab care in our inpatient hospital. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic activities, train patients in self-care and functional skills, and support safe discharge planning. You’ll document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families, all in a nurturing, dynamic environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered recovery.
