RN Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse

Parkland Medical Center seeks an experienced RN for our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). In this role, you’ll deliver high-acuity, patient-centered care to adults requiring close monitoring, cardiac/telemetry observation, and complex interventions. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, care planning, medication administration, interpreting rhythms, and responding to changes in condition. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, support patient and family education, and uphold safety and quality standards in a collaborative, community-focused HCA environment with strong growth opportunities.
