Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2210 per week.

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: 1-2 years Med Surg or Tele experience preferred.

Preferred Credentials: A professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association is preferred.

Unit Details: Patients are medicine or Med/Tele status and meet Med/Surg level of care.

Shift & Scheduling: Day shifts run from 7am-7pm, and night shifts run from 7pm-7am. Weekend and holiday rotation is required. No call.

14 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
