• 10 hr/day split schedule -- Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri or 5 days/wk 8 hr/day
• 8 am - 6:30 pm
• 16 - 20 patients per day on average
• Float between 2 clinic locations required
• Full spectrum family medicine -- peds to geriatric, minus OB
• Includes medication assisted treatment, behavioral health, gender affirming care
• Experience with chronic conditions required
• Hospital privileges required
