Full job description

Seabright Staffing is partnering with a mission-driven, nonprofit ABA clinic built around one idea: every child deserves high-quality, research-based care, regardless of their family's ability to pay.

What distinguishes this clinic is its commitment to truly individualized care. There are no cookie-cutter programs here. Every plan is tailored to the needs of the family and built on each child's unique strengths. Serving kids from birth to 18, BCBAs lead individual therapy, social skills groups, and educational support, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team on caseloads that include AAC users, kids with medical and feeding needs, and challenging behavior, with a specialty in aggression. It's a collaborative culture that invests in ongoing training and professional development, so clinicians can keep growing while making a real impact for kids and families.
