CarePartners seeks a Float Pool Team Lead Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality home-based care across a variety of patient assignments. This role oversees float pool staffing, mentors clinicians, and ensures safe, patient-centered visits. The Team Lead RN conducts assessments, develops care plans, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and independence.
