Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving function, mobility, and quality of life. Responsibilities include carrying out therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, documenting progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
