Full job description

Our client, an innovative leader in manufacturing electro-mechanical equipment, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the assembly and handling of robotic components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a proactive approach to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Westborough, MA

Pay Range: $18.41

Shift: 6:00am to 3:00pm Mon to Fri

What's the Job?

  • Support the production of complex electro-mechanical equipment through hands-on assembly of robotic components
  • Assist with warehouse material handling, including moving, staging, and delivering materials to workstations
  • Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Support inventory accuracy by proper documentation, scanning, and organization of parts
  • Perform quality inspections and document actions to ensure adherence to quality standards

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for 7+ hours per shift and lift up to 30 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
  • Proficiency with handheld scanners and basic computer skills for data entry
  • Willingness to perform repetitive tasks in a team-oriented environment
