$300,000 Guaranteed Salary + RVU
$100,000 Sign on Bonus
$60,000 Loan Assistance
$35,000 Housing Stipend
$15,000 Relocation Assistance

8 Weeks ATO + Holiday

25 Bed Critical Access Hospital
5-Day and 4-Day Work Options
Approximately 16 Patients per Day
FM, NP & MA Clinic Support
No Call Responsibilities
