Full job description

Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work 3 months to 6 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Allex, TX. TX license required.

Shift: 8, 10, 12, 16 hour options. Varying day/night. (please add preference to submission). Not required but willingness for beeper call is preferred. Post call off. One call shift a week (back up or inhouse), 1-2 weekend shifts per month. Medical Direction model. New grads welcome. Types of cases: General, some vascular, some trauma, No hearts, No pediatrics. 50% Spines. TX license required. Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS. Credentialing timeframe: 90 days. EMR: Paper anesthesia Records, Meditech for EMR. $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
