Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Ferrari parts and accessories in a friendly and professional manner, and more.
- Provide information on companion parts and current promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels
- Maintain the parts database
Qualifications:
- CDK and auto dealership experience is required.
- Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
- Good computer and math skills
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and inventory calculations.
- Able to read and interpret catalogs and safety documents.
