Shift: Monday through Sunday 12:00pm to 1:30pm

Location: Duluth, MN

Requirements:

This account is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that is used as a vacation rental. There is no set schedule, it's based on the month-to-month reservations that come in. Typical cleaning times are after 11am and sometimes done before 4pm if new customers are planning to check-in. This account can be any day of the week Sun-Sat depending on the need. Candidate must be detail oriented, duties include making beds, clean kitchen and appliances, sweep and mop floors, dusting, vacuuming, windows, tubs/showers cleaned and replenishing supplies in the bathrooms according to list created by customer.

• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
