Our client, a leader in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join their team. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be part of the department supporting the assembly and testing of sophisticated electro-mechanical devices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Location: Horsham, PA
Pay Range: $23-$30 Depending on experience
Shift: Mon-Fri 7AM to 3:30PM
What's the Job?
- Support assembly, testing, and production work related to electro-mechanical devices
- Perform electrical assembly, wire harness fabrication, and circuit board component installation
- Read and follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures
- Assemble and calibrate electro-mechanical products using standard electronic test equipment
- Monitor and suggest improvements to assembly processes and quality standards
What's Needed?
- 5+ years' experience in an electro-mechanical assembly role required
- High School Diploma required
- Associate degree or higher in Electronic Technology preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electronic components and soldering standards (J-STD-001)
- Ability to operate standard electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes and meters
- Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
