We are seeking a highly analytical finance professional to help shape high-impact investment, real estate, and enterprise business decisions. This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can build sophisticated financial models, evaluate opportunities, challenge assumptions, and communicate clear recommendations to executive leadership.
This opportunity is particularly well suited for an investment banking, strategic finance, corporate finance, or FP&A professional who wants to move beyond advising on decisions and take an active role in shaping and implementing them within a growing organization.

What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate strategic investments, real estate opportunities, and enterprise initiatives through detailed financial and operational analysis.
- Build dynamic financial models that assess returns, risks, profitability, feasibility, and long-term value.
- Develop compelling business cases and provide clear recommendations to senior decision-makers.
- Lead financial planning and forecasting support for assigned business areas.
- Translate large, complex data sets into concise insights that leaders can use to make informed decisions.
- Prepare executive-level performance reporting, financial updates, and presentations.
- Analyze budgets, forecasts, actual results, margins, and key business drivers to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support annual planning, monthly forecasting, and longer-range strategic planning.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related discipline required.
- At least eight years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, corporate finance, FP&A, management consulting, real estate finance, or a related analytical field.
- Advanced financial modeling skills with experience evaluating investments, returns, risk, and business performance.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, financial statements, profitability analysis, and management reporting.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to balance detailed analysis with the broader strategic picture.
- Comfort working through complex, fast-moving, or ambiguous business challenges.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and confidence working with large data sets.
- Experience supporting real estate investments, capital projects, portfolio decisions, or corporate transactions is highly valued.
