Speech Therapist

CenterWell Home Health, part of Humana Inc., is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide in-home speech and language therapy to adult and senior patients. In this role, you will assess communication and swallowing disorders, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in patients’ homes. You will collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other therapists, educate patients and caregivers, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
