Responsibilities:

• You'll spend your days processing vehicle titles and registrations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state regulations.
• You'll assist customers with title-related inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
• You'll maintain organized records and documentation related to vehicle titles.
• You'll collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any title issues that arise.
• You'll stay updated on changes in title laws and regulations to ensure our practices remain compliant.

Job Requirements:

• Required: Previous experience as an Automotive Title Clerk or in a similar role. At least 2 years’ experience is preferred.
• Required: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing documents.
• Required: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Preferred: Familiarity with state title regulations and procedures.
• Preferred: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
