State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) - DSL CareCore at Heritage

CareCore at Heritage is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team! If you're passionate about providing exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of seniors, we'd love to hear from you.

Available Shifts:

• Full-Time Day shift 6:00am-6:00pm

• PRN Opportunities Available

• Every other weekend and holiday required

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity and independence.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.

• Answer resident call lights and respond quickly to resident needs.

• Accurately document care provided according to facility policies.

• Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio STNA license required.

• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
