Full-Time | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
We know consistency matters. That's why we offer fixed schedules you'll work the same three nights every week with no rotating schedule.
Choose from one of these full-time options:
️ Option 1: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday Nights
OR
️ Option 2: Thursday, Friday & Saturday Nights

Key Responsibilities
* Provide specialized post-operative care to patients recovering from emergency general and trauma surgeries, as well as step-down level patients.
* Care for patients with external fixators, complex wounds, and multi-system injuries.
* Deliver expert nursing care in a high-acuity post-operative setting that goes beyond traditional Medical-Surgical nursing.
* Utilize advanced clinical judgment and critical thinking to support positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
* Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
* Current North Carolina RN license or Multi-State Compact License required.
* One year of relevant RN experience preferred.
