Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Degree in Physical Therapy
• Must hold active license or plan to test in the near future to hold license as a Physical Therapist in the state in which you intend to work
• Computer skills necessary to complete job requirements including typing, Word, Internet, and EMR
• Be proficient in DX and ICD-10 coding for the billing of services
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with patient mobility and transfers

• Schedule preferred: 4x9's and 1x4
• No travel is expected for this position
