Are you a people-first restaurant leader looking to take the next step in your General Manager career? We are seeking a growth-minded, hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume quick service restaurants. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team development, and is passionate about delivering consistent operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
General Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range of $70,000 – $75,000, depending on experience
- Monthly and quarterly performance-based bonus opportunities

General Manager Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant General Manager experience
- Proven success leading and developing management teams
- Strong understanding of labor management, food cost, and restaurant financials
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Hamburger University Graduate
