Nursing Assistant

Grand Islander RI and V2U, part of Genesis HealthCare, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. In this resident-centered role, you’ll help oversee nursing operations, support staff development, and promote quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team, you’ll guide care planning, mentor nurses and CNAs, coordinate education, and help implement best practices that enhance seniors’ comfort, recovery, and quality of life in our Middletown community.
