Health Service Supervisor

As a Health Service Supervisor at Sevita, you’ll lead and support care teams delivering person-centered services across home and community-based programs. You will oversee care plans, monitor service quality, and ensure regulatory compliance while promoting safety and best practices. Partner with clinical and direct support staff to coordinate behavioral health, rehabilitation, and supportive services. You’ll mentor team members, manage schedules, and support training and development.
