Board-Certified OB/Gyn - Private Practice with Partnership Track

POSITION : Seeking Full-time board-certified or board-eligible OB/Gyn (MD or DO)

Base Salary : $400,000/ year (1-2 years income guarantee supported by El Camino Hospital)

Earning Potential : $500,000 + based on RVUs, partnership after 4th year

Work Schedule :

3.5 days (24-28 hours dedicated clinic time)

OR time: 1/2 day/week

Call: 1:3 weekend, 1 -2 days/ week: no in-house calls, fully backed by OB Hospitalists

Dr Kirby Tran graduated from UC Davis and has been practicing for 26 yrs. She has experienced many changes in healthcare, weathered the seasons, and structured the practice to safeguard its viability. Dr Elena Chan joined the practice in 2022 from Loma Linda. We are passionate about our job. Excellent quality care along with good interpersonal relationship with our patients, office staff, colleagues, and hospital staff is the cornerstone of our mission.

Our practice is 50% OB/ 50% Gyn, with payor-mix: 70% commercial, 30% managed Medi-Cal/ HMOs. For gyn service, we do various types of surgeries (abdominal, vaginal, laparoscopic), da Vinci robotic Xi, DV5, and in-office hysteroscopy.

This private practice is ideal for physicians wanting to be proficient and continue to thrive in all skills you were taught. You have the option to precept 3rd year- medical students or participate in yearly medical mission in Guatemala. You have full autonomy to practice the way you want. You will not be tracked!

COMPENSATION:

Y1-2: base salary $400,000/yr with one time sign-on bonus, relocation expense

Y3+: transition to a productivity pathway based on RVUs, and partner-track after 3-4 yrs

Paid Time Off: 3 weeks

CME: 3 days plus $5,000 stipend/ year

Benefits: paid Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, malpractice, license.

Work-life balance: 1:3 weekend call/ month home call, 1-2 weekday calls/week home call. Fairly distribute holiday coverage among 3 physicians.
